Why is it important to enroll in a Microblading Apprenticeship Program?
Microblading requires highly specialized skills in order for you to do great work. Without continuous learning and practice, a certification is simply not enough. A piece of paper stating you’ve taken a microblading course is of extreme value but the only proof of excellence that matters is the quality of your work.
Generally, 6 months experience and hands-on training is recommended for you to start official practice. However, the more education and practice you get, the higher the chance of your success. For this reason, we offer an extended, 12-month apprenticeship program for those who believe that a longer duration will benefit them.
Do I have to be a certified microblading artist to enroll in the program?
Yes—interested students must have a previous microblading certificate to be eligible in our apprenticeship.
Aspiring apprentices must also pass the SNHD sanitization test.
Prerequisite Details Other Than Stated Above:
- Blood Borne Pathogens Certificate
- Experience Verification Form
- Sanitation Exam
- Temporary Body Art Card
What are other benefits of taking an apprenticeship?
As you get more comfortable with your tools and start crafting your own styles and techniques, you will be prepared to learn advanced and newer microblading treatments. With hard work and more experience, it will be easier for you to jump on new techniques like Microshading. This gives you a significant advantage over artists who opted not to invest in an apprenticeship.
The more PMU techniques you learn – the more you earn! You will have a wider range of services to offer so your clientele and income potential will not be limited.
