Eyebrow Microblading

Effect: Realistic hair-like strokes with a natural finish.

Your thin or sparse brows: Now with added volume and definition! Characterized by fine, crisp hair strokes, it gives the effect of fuller, but stunningly natural-looking eyebrows. Microblading can effectively fill in sparse or slightly bald spots in your brow area. This is the perfect enhancement for those who want very natural brows as opposed to a more dramatic brow style.

Recommended for:

  • Normal to dry skin
  • Not too dense but not too sparse brows

How is Microblading Done?

It’s typically done using a manual “micro blade” to deposit hair-like strokes of pigment into the outer layers of your skin. Your microblading artist will create a brow shape that perfectly matches your style.

You will be involved in the entire process while we customize the look that is most flattering for your face. Your artist will go over every detail with you, considering the size and thickness of your desired brows. The pigment that we will use will be determined based on your skin tone and hair color. Your brand-new microbladed brows is guaranteed to highlight your best facial features.

Have too sparse or over-plucked eyebrows? Microshading may be the better option for you.

How Does it Feel While Receiving the Treatment?

Each client experiences varying levels of discomfort during the procedure. It depends on the individual’s pain tolerance and skin sensitivity. In general, clients only feel little to moderate pain. Remember that even though microblading creates micro incisions, -they only get to the outer or superficial layers of the skin.

Preparing for Your Enhancement:

  • Expect to be at the studio for 2.5 to 3 hours – Some appointments can take shorter or longer, depending on individual circumstances.
  • Avoid eyebrow tinting, waxing, tweezing or threading at least 7 days prior to your appointment.
  • Consult with your physician regarding the hold of blood-thinning medications, which should not be taken three days prior to your appointment.
  • Avoid consuming caffeine as well as any sort of supplements like Ibuprofen, Aspirin, Vitamin E, fish oil supplements, and Niacin at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
  • Treatments will be performed at MicroBladers Studio + Academy located in Las Vegas, NV.

Aftercare & Maintenance

  • Your artist will provide you with a list of aftercare instructions and discuss your follow-up appointments.
  • It’s important to clean the brow area with the recommended aftercare products in the first 4 hours after your procedure and follow the cleaning method and schedule stated in the aftercare kit.
  • Avoid excessive sun exposure and using tanning beds, engaging in sports, excersise and activities that cause intense sweating, as well as long-distance travels for the first three weeks to maximize healing.
  • On average, full healing occurs between 6 and 8 weeks. *varies per individual
  • Touchups are recommended every 6 to 12 months. Some may require more frequent touchups, as frequent as every 3 months.

Microblading FAQs

How Does Microblading Work?

During your appointment for the microblading enhancement, your MicroBladers Artist will determine the best look for your face and natural brow shape. Your Artist will numb the enhancement area prior to the start of your enhancement. During this time, you and your Artist will find the perfect color for your eyebrows.

Then, your artist will use a specialized tool to render all-natural, hair-like strokes in the shape and style you both determined. Only new, disposable tools are used during individual appointments. The appointment may require 2 to 4 passes of color followed by moments of pigment baths. During a pigment bath, the color you and your artist chose will begin to absorb into the hair-like strokes already applied to the enhancement area.

Testing the skin may be a necessary step, although an adverse reaction is not entirely avoidable.

What is the Benefit of Microblading?

Getting up every morning and trimming time off of your daily beauty regimen is not the only gift of microblading. Waking up and feeling truly gorgeous and confident is the genuine gift of microblading.

Let’s face it ladies (and our fellow primping gents): wasting so much time just to realize your eyebrows are crooked is not fun. We all know the story of having over plucked and waxed our eyebrows to the point where they don’t grow back. Now, we’ve all struggled trying to find the perfect products and the right coloring, but with microblading you are magically transformed through the enhancement of your own beauty, saving you so much money and time. Plus, it’s like rise & shine, gorgeous because you are ready to start your day!

What Does Microblading Feel Like?

Everyone experiences pain differently based on personal tolerance levels. However, the majority of clients only have slight discomfort as if they were experiencing an eyebrow tweezing or waxing appointment.

MicroBladers uses a topical anesthetic to help ease any discomfort that you may have during your treatment. Additionally, a secondary numbing topical anesthetic may be used if the client feels any discomfort during the treatment.

How Long Does Microblading Last?

It depends on each individual, but it is recommended that clients receive touch ups every 6 to 12 months. Some individuals may need to have touchups every 3 months. This allows your MicroBladers Artist to check in with you and determine your unique and individual needs.

Is Microblading for Me?
