The best way to go about that is to first, get a flawless cateye look with on-point brows. It’s like being an artist and you want to have a fresh, clean canvas to work with. Part of that means not having messy eyeliner on top of your lid or having uncoifed eyebrow hairs.It’s not easy to get those two items, in fact, it might actually seem a little bit more daunting to perfect your brows and your top lid eyeliner that it is to put a streak of bright blue on your bottom eyelid.Au contraire my friends, au contraire.Here are the steps to pulling off this look and many others.

- Visit your microblading artist to get a semi-permanent eyeliner treatment that fits your face and works for all occasions. - Start by adding a light layer of your fav color from step 3. Gradually get darker and apply more color until you’ve found the look of your liking.
